  1. WebWhacker 2.0 enables you to "subscribe" to Web sites, a
  2. process in which you download pages and entire sites from
  3. the World Wide Web, organize them into categories, and save
  4. them on your hard drive or local network.  You can then view
  5. these pages at any time from your local desktop, with faster
  6. loading and no additional on-line charges.   By saving and
  7. categorizing your favorite Web sites, you can take the chaos
  8. out of the Internet, becoming more productive with the
  9. wealth of information available there.

  11. When surfing the Net, you can easily "grab" an interesting
  12. site for later viewing.

  15. GET READY

  17. Tell WebWhacker which browser you'll be using.
  18.   ‚Ä¢      Go to WebWhacker's Tools menu and select the
  19.      Preferences command, then the Browser/Mail page.
  20.   ‚Ä¢ Click on the Locate button to find your browser, and
  21.      then click Open to select your browser.
  22.   ‚Ä¢ Click OK to close the Preferences page.

  27. In your Web browser, find a site you want to download.

  29. In WebWhacker, subscribe to the site.
  30.   ‚Ä¢      Select Grab from the WebWhacker Toolbar.
  31.   ‚Ä¢ Set up the subscription in the New URL dialog, typing
  32.      in your user name and password (if required) in the
  33.      Security area and selecting a category for the site in
  34.      the area labeled Select the Category for this URL.  For
  35.      now, ignore the other options.
  36.   ‚Ä¢ Click OK to close the dialog.

  41. Download the site by clicking WHACK on the WebWhacker
  42. toolbar.

  44. After whacking, view the site by double-clicking on the name
  45. of the URL in the WebWhacker window.
